Where is Beatfactory Fitness located at?

We are conveniently located in town at Far East Shopping Centre, within walking distance from Orchard MRT and popular eateries! Take the lift to Level 10 and make a left turn to unit #10-11.

Where can I park my vehicle?

For reasonable parking rates, do consider parking at the open carpark just behind Far East Shopping Centre. Alternatively, parking is available at Far East Shopping Centre basement.

Can I rent the studio for personal/commercial use?

Subjected to availability, our studio is open for rental from 9am to 11pm daily. For enquiries, do fill up the contact form here.

Attire & Preparation
How should I prepare for my first class?

You should always come early to class, but if it's your first class, come in 10 minutes early. You will have time to get settled in, mark your attendance, meet the instructor and get a quick tutorial of the class you are about to take.

What attire should I wear for a Fitness Class?

Comfortable clothing that do not restrict your movements in class. Do remember to bring a pair of comfy shoes and towel! We strongly discourage being barefoot in class to prevent slips and sports injuries.

For Yoga classes, shoes are not required. Feel free to bring a Yoga towel to class as well!

What attire should I wear for a Dance Class?

Comfortable clothing that do not restrict your movements in class. Do remember to bring a pair of comfy shoes! We strongly discourage being barefoot in class to prevent slips and sports injuries.

Am I allowed to consume food in the studio?

Personal consumption of food is not allowed in the studio premise. We seek your cooperation in this matter to prevent pest infestation and to keep the area clean for other users.

Class Booking & Membership
Can I do a walk-in for a Single Class?

Walk-in is allowed at our studio. As class space is often limited, it is best to secure a confirmed spot through our online booking system. You will also be notified of any class cancellations once you have made a confirmed booking.

How can I book a class?

To book a class, visit this link and click 'Book' for the corresponding class.

Can I purchase a membership pass over the counter?

Yes! We accept cash, PayNow or GrabPay for purchases at the studio premise.

How do I share my class package with my 2 buddies?

As part of our membership privilege, all class package holders are entitled to share their packages with 2 others!

Procedure:

(i) The package holder and both guests are required to have existing accounts with us. To set up an account, click here.

(ii) WhatsApp us at 87763474 with both registered names. [Note: Once the accounts are linked for package sharing, no further changes are allowed.]

(iii) Once the accounts are linked by our staff, each account may begin to book individually for any class within the schedule until the credits run out or the expiry date is reached, whichever is sooner.

How do I bring a guest in using my class package?

Sharing the same procedure as package sharing activation, the inviter can create a new 'Guest Account' and link this to his/her main account permanently to invite future guests as well.

The inviter can then book a spot on the guest's behalf using the newly created guest account.

Guest Account Linking Procedure:

(i) The package holder creates an additional guest account here.

(ii) WhatsApp us at 87763474 to link the guest account to the main account.

*Do note that each account can only make 1 individual booking for the same time slot.

Can I bring over my unused classes to the next package?

Any unfinished classes not used within the validity period will, unfortunately, be forfeited by the system. We do not allow package validity extension as well, as all our packages are shareable with 2 others.

Facilities & Equipment
Does Beatfactory Fitness have shower facilities, lockers and/or water fountain?

We do not have any shower facilities, lockers nor water fountain at the studio.

The female washroom is located just opposite the lift, on the right. The male washroom is located further back.

Bottled drinks can be purchased over the counter.

Are Yoga mats provided for the yoga classes?

Yes! Mats are provided for all yoga classes. Personal mats are encouraged too.

Solution 1

This is caused by your security settings in Chrome.

  1. Open Chrome and then open the browser's settings menu by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on 'Settings'.
  3. Expand the 'Advanced' section at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Under "Privacy and Security", click Content settings.
  5. Under Cookies, select either Allow sites to save and allow cookie data (recommended) or Keep local data only until you quit your browser. You should also make sure "Block third-party cookies" is disabled.
  6. Close and reopen your browser.

Solution 2

Clear your browser cache and cookies.

For Safari browser (macOS), click Safari tab and go to Preferences. Click Privacy, followed by Remove All.

For Chrome browser, click Chrome tab and go to Preferences. Expand the Advanced section at the bottom of the screen. Under Clear browsing data, select the relevant checkboxes followed by Clear Data.
