BOOKING WINDOW

Regular Class: 3 days in advance, up till 5 minutes before the class starts.

Holiday Class/Event: Varies according to event timeline. Refer to our Social Media channels for event postings.


The schedule window opens at 12:00 AM daily.

Regular Class: 3 days in advance, up till 1 hour before the class starts.

For confirmed bookings, an email with the Zoom Meeting ID and Password will be sent 45 minutes prior to the start of class.

EARLY CANCELLATION POLICY

Regular Class: Up to 24 hours in advance, with no penalty. If a class is early cancelled, the booked credits/purchase will automatically be refunded back to your Beatfactory Fitness MindBody account. They can be reused for future bookings (subjected to package/purchase validity).

Holiday Class/Event: No cancellation allowed.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

Regular Class: Class cancellation effected less than 24 hours in advance results in a forfeiture of payment/credits.

Holiday Class/Event: No cancellation allowed.

CLASS CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION

If a class is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, it will not be made available for booking. Active bookings will receive a cancellation email (if subscribed) at least 2 hours prior to the booked class. The booked credits/purchase will automatically be refunded back to your Beatfactory Fitness MindBody account. They can be reused for future bookings (subject to package/purchase validity).

If a class is substituted by another instructor, the instructor's name will be listed in place of the original instructor, followed by the word "Substitute".

WAITLIST

If a class has been fully booked, you will have the option to be on waitlist.

If you are still in the waiting list 2 hours prior to the start of class & did NOT receive a class acceptance email confirmation by then, you are NOT confirmed for the class. The booked credits/purchase will automatically be refunded back to your Beatfactory Fitness MindBody account. They can be reused for future bookings (subjected to package/purchase validity).

Website: Step-By-Step Booking Guide

Step 1: Create an account by clicking 'My Account'. A pop-up screen will appear for login details. (Note: Each account is allowed to book for 1 individual only.)

To receive email notifications from us, please 'tick' the following:

 Account Management: Class booking confirmation, reminders & essential notifications, by EMAIL.

 Schedule Updates: Schedule updates (Change of instructor, change of class timing, class cancellation, class substitution etc.) and notifications regarding the services you’ve booked, by EMAIL.

 News and Promos: Updates on events and important announcements, by EMAIL.

Step 2: Once successfully logged in, return to this page to book a class of your choice.

Step 3: Click 'Book' to secure a booking. At the checkout page, ensure that the correct class is reflected in the shopping cart. Click the corresponding 'X' button if there are unwanted/duplicate items in the shopping cart.

Step 4: A 'Thank You' confirmation will be displayed once your booking is successful!

Step 1: Log in through 'My Account' on our booking page.

Step 2: Click the    icon to access the menu.

Step 3: Click 'Schedule' tab to access all the classes you've booked. Click 'Cancel' to cancel a confirmed booking. (Screenshot below)

Website: Issues & Resolution

Issue: 'An error occurred' message
Solution 1: Book through the MindBody App
Solution 2: Try to make a booking on Safari, Firefox or Chrome browser, to resolve browser compatibility.
Solution 3: Booking a second time for the same confirmed slot will result in an error.
Solution 4: Credit Card is nearing expiry and is not updated in the account.
Solution 5: Wrong input of credit card details. Double check the details to ensure a captured transaction.

Issue: 'You cannot book the following because you are registered for another session at the same time' message
Solution: You have already secured and booked the intended class. Booking the same class again will prompt this error.

Issue: 'The change you wanted was rejected' error message
Solution: Enable cookies in browser settings.

Solution 1
This is caused by your security settings in Chrome.

  1. Open Chrome and then open the browser's settings menu by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on 'Settings'.
  3. Expand the 'Advanced' section at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Under "Privacy and Security", click Content settings.
  5. Under Cookies, select either Allow sites to save and allow cookie data (recommended) or Keep local data only until you quit your browser. You should also make sure "Block third-party cookies" is disabled.
  6. Close and reopen your browser.

Solution 2
Clear your browser cache and cookies.

For Safari browser (macOS), click Safari tab and go to Preferences. Click Privacy, followed by Remove All.

For Chrome browser, click Chrome tab and go to Preferences. Expand the Advanced section at the bottom of the screen. Under Clear browsing data, select the relevant checkboxes followed by Clear Data.

Issue: Double purchased a class/course
Solution: Clicking the 'Sign Up' or 'Buy Now' button a second time will add an additional item in the shopping cart. Before checking out, do ensure that only the relevant item is reflected in the shopping cart. Remove the unwanted item by clicking 'X'.

Issue: Unable to click booking button on iPhone Safari browser
Solution: Go to Settings > Safari > Block Pop-ups (Make sure this option is turned off). [Video Instruction]

Mindbody App: Setup Guide

Step 1: Download the App from the App Store or Google Play.

Step 2: Click 'Continue with Email' and fill in your registered email with us.

Step 3: Enter your registered password to create your new login in the app.

Step 4: That's it! You will be able to search for 'Beatfactory Fitness' and put it in your 'Favourites' tab. You can also access the in-app 'Notifications' setting to get live studio notifications from the app. Happy exercising! 💕
